Vimos o Nanook<\/em> (Flaherty). Gost\u00e1mos muito das cenas c\u00f3micas, como a cena em que toda a gente sai da canoa ou na cena da ca\u00e7a \u00e0 foca em que ele est\u00e1 sempre a cair e depois v\u00eam muitos ajudar. Foi muito interessante porque vimos como \u00e9 que eles faziam as coisas do dia a dia com quase nada: como pescavam e ca\u00e7avam, como constru\u00edam abrigo ( \u00e9 estranho que o igloo de fora parece pequeno mas l\u00e1 dentro parece grande). \u00c9 incr\u00edvel como \u00e9 que pessoas com t\u00e3o poucos recursos conseguem viver na neve!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depois a Ana contou-nos como tinha sido filmada a cena no interior do igloo – que era s\u00f3 metade do igloo para terem luz – e fic\u00e1mos meio desiludidos, meio surpreendidos, porque o filme parece mesmo que \u00e9 a vida deles, que eles n\u00e3o est\u00e3o a fingir para a c\u00e2mara que est\u00e3o a acordar. E h\u00e1 cenas que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o mesmo a fingir, que acontecem mesmo como a ca\u00e7a do le\u00e3o marinho ou da raposa ou a briga dos c\u00e3es. Continuamos a gostar muito do filme.<\/p>\n\n\n

We saw Nanook<\/em> (Flaherty). We really enjoyed the comic scenes, like the one where everyone gets out of the canoe or the seal hunting scene where he keeps falling and then lots of people come to help. It was very interesting because we saw how they did the day-a-day things with next to nothing: how they fished and hunted, how they built shelter (it’s strange that the igloo looks small from the outside but seems big inside). It’s amazing how people with so few resources manage to live in the snow!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then Ana told us how the scene inside the igloo had been filmed – it was only half the igloo so they had light – and we were a bit disappointed, a bit surprised, because the film really feels like it’s their life, that they’re not pretending to the camera that they’re waking up. And there are scenes that aren’t pretend, that really happen, like the sea lion or the fox hunt or the dog fight. We still love the film.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
